This is design package is perfect for family rooms, game-rooms, casitas, playrooms, living rooms and dining rooms, home offices, kids bedrooms, guest bedrooms, master bedroom, home gyms and /or other spaces that may need a makeover or a complete re-do.
One of our designers will come to your home to discuss your space and take initial measurements. This is a good time to share inspo pics of what your style ideas may be. If you don't have any, don't worry we will give you plenty of ideas that fit your personality and your home's look and feel.
Next we will enter our creative ideas into CAD to give you a birds eye view of what your new space could look like with materials and furnishing selections.
The room design package starts at $ 1,500 or $ 5.00 a sq foot.

When it's all said and done, you'll have:
- A 3D design concept with new layout/floor plan in 20/20 or sketch up or CAD
- Material and furnishing selections list that you can either purchase or have our team do it for you for a fee.
- Professional design of your space with inspiration images in full color of materials that best fit the space incl. lighting selections or light plan as needed
Services to add to this package:
- Furnishings and material shopping and placement is billed at $ 85 an hour with a set number of hours that the designer may feel it will take to purchase the items needed to furnish your space and coordinating delivery of selected items and placing in the space.
- Paint color consultation $175 each color
- Add another room design at a discounted rate of $ 4.50 a sq foot for design
